Hi ex_dilbert, welcome to the community! Does the issue persist if you have the laptop on a different filtering level? What about having the same filtering level on a different device?

Hi Dexter,
Sorry for the long delay. The problem had stopped occurring for a while. Today I was able to test it on another laptop and get the same error using the same filter and a different filtering level. Only when I turn off Circle does the error disappear. This is truly a strange occurrence because it seems so random.
Hi ex_dilbert, have you tried resetting the router back to factory settings? If not, this something you can try. You can backup your router settings as well as your Circle settings and have them restored later. The links below may help.
