All, I have recently installed (w/i) last 3 months the model router in the subject line. On a fairly frequent basis, the router disappears and I lose internet access. The router doesn't even show up ...
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Is your model a RAX120 or RAX120v2 seen on the sticker under the router?
Does the router feel extra warm to the touch on top?
Yes, it does feel slightly warm. It is in an open area with good air circulation.
