RAX 120 Keeps Dropping Internet

Hello,

I got my NIghthawk AX12 RAX120 before COVID started and I've had a lot of trouble with it. It will randomly drop internet for 30 seconds with seemingly no warning. Other people on these forums have commented about this, and I've heard about secret "beta" firmware. The only workable solution I've seen on here and multiple other sources is to return it and get an AmpliFi. 

How do I fix this? Is there a solution? We tried a full factory reset and firmware reinstalls with no success. I've never had this much trouble with a new router in my life.

Current firmware version  V1.0.1.122
