Rax 120 registration problems.
I just received a brand new unopened rax120 and cannot register because it says already registered. How is this possible? Maybe because the numbers are listed on the outside of the box. I've sent an email, how can this be resolved? I know that it is new

If you haven't done so already, you will need to email our Customer Care at customer.service@netgear.com and provide your email address, serial number, and a copy of your proof of purchase.

I'm struggling to set up an RAX120 that I got from Amazon... It too says it was already registered - and has high usage for last month!? I've only had it two days... I've emailed Netgear along with my proof of purchase but not had any response - does anyone know how long do they normally take to respond?
