RAX 30 No devices listed or connected

After several frustrating weeks (as time permitted) I finally got my new RAX 30 installed and the login changed to the one I have been using. The Nighthawk app sees the router but unfortunately, sees none of the devides that use that WiFi connection including 2 phones, 2 tablets, 2 computers, a bunch of Google speakers and Nest, etc and some light switches.I have been using a Linksys router for years which I was initially able to connect the power and two cables and change the password and everything worked. The RAX 30 took many tries to change the WiFI login and password. I am wanting to change for more speed and hopefully to overcome one of the issues I have with one of my Google speakers which is the source of a Bluetooth connection so if you can help, I would really appreciate it.
