RAX 49 unable to login to my netgear account when trying to login to router configuration page
RAX 49 unable to login to my netgear account when trying to login to router configuration page I'm able to login to my netgear account from my browser no problem but when I'm attempting to access the router Configuration page I enter my credentials and then I'm prompted with you need to sign into Netgear account. Each attempt displays and error stating something went wrong.. I created a new Netgear account and the same thing. Ideas? Thank you

Factory reset the router with the router disconnected from the ISP modem. Set up the router from scratch:

- apSDAspirantI initially tried to reset it and still same issue
And you did this while the router was disconnected from the ISP modem/ONT?
Tried a different browser?

By Netgear account do you mean MyNetgear on the Nighthawk app?
Something else?
How are you trying to get into the "router Configuration page"? Is that a web browser and the graphical user interface (GUI)?
I ask because there are so many ways onto these things and any number of logins with different credentials. It is all too easy to jump to conclusions and offer advice that doesn't make sense.
Just another user with time on their hands.
