RAX 50 - Internet issues VPN clients are not able to connect

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I have issues with RAX 50 router, VPN clients are able to connect but not able connect and ping server IP, internet is dropping every hour and some times showing IP down.i have tried hard reset and firmware updated as well but no luck.&nbsp;can anyone help me from above issues.&nbsp;thank you.&nbsp;&nbsp;
