RAX 75 Connect to Fire Stick
My router and fire stick aren't playing well together. When I link up to my poor excuse of a Wifi ISP router everything works fine with the exception of the very slow speed and quality. When I use my Netgear router, I can watch videos on my Iphones, X-Box etc. However, all 3 Fire Sticks won't work with my subscription services for videos only. I can listen to music streaming, see my progress on shows with my subscriptions, even watch You Tube (I don't have a subscription to this one). But, when I link to Hulu, Netflix, Prime Video... the videos won't play. I have done full factory resets on everything, restarted the modem to router etc and nothing seems to work. Please help... If support is on here, can you look at my case when I originally purchased the product and tell me exactly what they did. I don't remember. Thank you!!

What is this ISP router? Is it also your modem?
Hard to see how your router would discriminate against Fire Sticks. I would be tempted to blame them.
If support is on here, can you look at my case when I originally purchased the product and tell me exactly what they did. I don't remember.Any conversation you had with support should still be visible to you on MyNetgear.
This is essentially a user-to-user forum, with some input from a small band of Netgear techies, who aren't likely to be all that active over the weekend.

I will try the other forum you noted, I’ve also found that smart TV’s from Samsung also not working. This is weird given I have access to same sites from phones.

The problems you see are not helped if you have two routers.
Two routers on your network can cause headaches. For example, you can end up with local address problems. Among other things, the other router can misdirect addresses that the Netgear router usually handles, such as routerlogin.net or the usual IP address for a router, 192.168.1.1.
This explains some of the other drawbacks.

Unless you have specific reasons for using two routers, it is often easier to use just one router and then to set up the second router as a wifi access point. Netgear advises this, as does just about every site you will visit.
It may be possible to put the modem/router into modem only (bridge) mode and then to use the second device as the router.Sometimes it is easier to put the second router into AP mode. But that has its own drawbacks:
