RAX-75 QsS problems
I have 1GB Wan Line. Computer Lan port connect to router lan port. When I set the Qos On. When I applied. I using the Ookla speed test to test it will be 948.54 download speed. When I off my comp...
1. QoS isn't recommended at speeds >250mbps.
2. Turn off the qos and reboot. If you're speeds don't get back to >900mbps, then factory reset and reinstall the router. Qos settings have been known to be retained and can slow your speeds.
3. what modem are you using?
4. Firmware you're on?
I follow up your suggetion is working. (factory reset and reinstall the router)
Modem is Hauwei.
Firmware is Version V1.0.2.76_1.0.35
But I don't know why the function is buld in. But can't using after set it. Is BUG ?
And other is sesecurity Block Sites problems.
I set any web site block. But not working.

Today. I check again the speed test.
The problem of speed is contine drop down to 540Mbps.
Before I follow up your step to factory reset the router again.
Two days is normal of speed test around 950Mbps.
By the way I am nothing to do.
Today I check it speed test again will drop to 540Mbps.
I Change to othe router to test it is normal of speed at 940Mbps.
I factory reset again. The router will be normal speed at 950Mbps of speed test.
I am tired to do it every some to reset to be normal of speed download.
What can I do ?

A couple things.
1. What device are you testing on? make sure its a hardwired in device
2. You're using the speedtest app. speedtest isn't always the best at choosing servers to test at. Many of them can't saturate gigabit. try different servers if you're using speedtest. My area's speedtest won't saturate gigabit so I have to run off my isp's test server or dslreports.com
I very clearly of the problems of router speed is the router problem
1. Speed apps test I try to change many different server.
2. I using is desktop computer with lan cable connect to the router
Intel i9-9900k
Intel Ethernet I219-V
When I am factory reset the router. The speed is come back. Same device. Same DSL Modem. Same Lan Connect. Smae speed test apps and test server. The speed back to 950Mpbs
After two days will be drop half. Drop to 540Mbps
If the other problem of device computer or DSL modem or apps.
Why I just factory reset the router can be back to correct speed.
Why ?

I just plug in to DSL Modem and connect to computer. The speed is correct to 940Mpbs.
Why ?
