I had issues updating from 1.0.5.126 to 1.0.5.126_2.1.46.1 every which way using several different browsers even after a Router Reset. I kept seeing the "this will take a minute..." message. I finally used the mobile app on my Android phone and the update process. My RAX75 is now UTD as of 3/12/2022.
