Is there a problem that you need to factory reset?
Might give more details regarding if there is a problem.
Might try a full power OFF of the router for 1 minute then back ON as a simple first step to check for something.
I don't have any problems just wanted to reset password and anything else to make the router safe. Don't want to screw up my Roku connection.
- You don't have to factory reset the router just to change passwords. You can do that in the router's Web UI at http://routerlogin.net or http://192.168.1.1
