RAX10 firmware update glitch

Tried to update firmware via Firefox connections.  Tried loading from a file on my device, then from the 'get from online' buttons both in the Admin setup and on the banner informing me that an update was available.  Did not work... hung indefinitely with the spinning disk icon.  I have a NoScript but I'd disabled it, also have uBlock Origin - maybe that was the hangup.

 

Tried again with Edge & was able to update w/o further drama.

    Try disabling ALL browser add ons. 

    Be sure that you unpacked the .zip file to reveal the actual FW file to be sent to the router using the web browser.
