Interesting. Following the noise from above, how did the installation process, documentation or whatever lead to a duplicate account? One would assume the primary key for the Netgear account would be the e-mail address. How was it possible to get into that situation, and where have you discovered "duplicate accounts"? Negear can learn from potential issues and enhance processes...
