To better understand how it is handling the shares from a client perspective, using any folder, in the address bar enter in \\router IP
For example, if the router IP is 192.168.1.1, then to \\192.168.1.1
How does it list each share?
Forgot the mention, the above post assumes you are using windows to view the smb shares. It should look like what is attached.
If you change the share name and apply on both windows (the popup window and then the main window). Then the share name should change as well, though it can take a few seconds for client devices to see the cange, especially if they cache those share results.
