RAX120 and Time Machine

Has anyone had success getting their readyshare drive to show up in Time Machine? Yes - I've done the whole physical connection erase/format. The best clue I've seen so far is that there may be something with the SMB settings. However, I can't seem to find any way to adjust those settings in the latest RAX120 fireware (1.0.0.84 at the moment) and macOS Mojave 10.14.6.
