If you downgrade the firmware, does the problem go away?
- AmbassadeurDec 23, 2021Tutor
did not tried a downgrade because it's a new device that came with the latest firmware installed. I'm not sure if older firmwares are still available to download. If that's the case, is there a specific version that is supposed to be more stable than others?

You can find all firmwares for your router in the netgear.com webpage under the support section. Just type in your router model and click on downloads, you'll find them there. You will need to apply them manually, and if I recall correctly you do that under the administratiion tab on your router.
