And/or website and browser?

Yes.. I have two desktop PCs sitting here next to one another.. I've even tried switching Ethernet ports to no avail. Same result. Also tried different browsers, but was still using Speedtest.net. 🤔

What does your statistics show for connected port speeds?

IF its hitting 130, its negotiating gigabit because it'd max out at 94mbps on the 10/100mbps connection.
Did you try a factory reset?
Are you using qos?
