Just updated. The issues I faced with older firmware occur randomly so I have to wait to see if those actually got fixed.
Other than that some obvious things I noticed:
1. RAM usage is about 20mb higher than what I seen on .118
2. The Attached Devices list now recognizes devices more accurately with images for them
3. Netgear Armor support... (maybe that is where the RAM went)
Hopefully this fixes those stupid disconnect issues.

Upgraded the RAX120 firmware from 1.0.1.118 to 1.0.1.122 using the “ADVANCED | Administration | Firmware Update | Locate and select the upgrade file on your hard disk” process, without performing a factory reset. At present, the router appears to be stable.
Consistent with the observation of dj2819, memory usage appears to have increased by 74MB (without enabling the NETGEAR Armor service).
