Are you using any VPN software? If so, check to ensure that your split tunnel settings didn't get reset.
If you are using the Netgear router behind the spectrum router, then make sure that the spectrum router is in a bridge mode,and also make sure the bridge mode didn't get disabled as that would put you behind a double NAT which will wreak havoc on most online games.
