RAX120 LAN ports not working after connection to Netgear GS316 switch
My RAX120 was working fine until I hooked up a 16 port unmanaged switch (Netgear GS316) to one of the LAN ports. Now none of the LAN ports on the RAX120 are working. I have rebooted and reset to factory settings, but the LAN ports still don't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

"not work" is not a useful problem description. It does not say what
you did. It does not say what happened when you did it. As usual,
showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results (error
messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
descriptions or interpretations.Which kind of "not work"? At the very least, I'd expect all these
devices/ports to have associated LED indicators, which should indicate
something. Attached devices (wired or wireless) should have IP
addresses.
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read. Look for the
LED descriptions and "Troubleshoot".- C_JaneAspirant
Same thing happened to my modem router about two days ago. I reset to factory settings too but lan ports still not working. Did you ever get the issue resolved?
