RAX120 Random Reboots

So my week old RAX120 is now having these issues where it randomly reboots. I’ve searched this thread and have seen mention of this in the past.

I’m on the latest firmware so I don’t know what else there is to do. Is there a solution for this or am I screwed? I can’t return it. I ordered it from Amazon and don’t have the box or anything.

What should I do?

    Can you confirm that by telling us the number of the firmware?

     

    Claims of "the latest" are often wrong because Netgear's onboard firmware checking system is rubbish.

     

     

  • What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
    Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. 

    What is the first 3 characters of the routers serial number?
