RAX120 randomly disconnects
So I bought this router, and whenever someone is downloading something fairly large the wifi goes out. It also goes out randomly multiple times throughout the day. I returned the first RAX and got another one but I'm still having the same problem. I've also made multiple customer support tickets with each person telling me to do the same thing over and over again. I have factory reset multiple times and updated firmware to the newest version.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.What is the first 3 characters of the router serial number on the sticker?
