RAX120 setup problem

I did that and my router management page just crashes and I go back to the first step…and I have to reset the router AGAIN and start from scratch
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
With the power to your RAX120 turned off, make sure you Ethernet cable connects from an active output port on your ISP gateway to the WAN input port on your RAX120. Restart your RAX120.
Log in to the management page on your ISP gateway to determine what IP address has been assigned to your RAX120. You would use this IP address to log in to the RAX120 user configuration page.
