RAX120 Slow uploads

OK the internet has full speeds when directly connected at computer to modem fiber passthrough. 500/500. But when i run it through the router to my pc it bogs upload speed to 30-80 mbps upload download unaffected. QOS is off. plus uploads higher over the 5g wifi on my phone. SOOOO its not internet provider. Router Firmware Version V1.0.1.128

    May you try disabling AX, traffic monitoring, and QoS to see if there are any improvements.
