RAX120 wifi connection issues
We have had this modem for around 2 years and it had worked flawlessly. Connecting all of our tablets, phones, gaming devices, smart lights/plugs without issue.
However a couple of weeks ago our wifi connection became unreliable. It is strange because some devices can connect and some can not. Our ps5 can connect most of the time, though occasionally it will connect to the network but the internet will be unavailable on that device. While my phone is connected to the same network working fine. Our Steam deck will have trouble connecting do the wifi at all, and when it does most of the time it can not connect to internet. I am baffled as some devices work absolutely fine with no issues at the same time (on the same band) this is occurring. I have updated firmware and tried a factory reset with no resolution. I do not have anymore than 5 devices on our 5ghz band, it is dedicated to our gaming systems. While all of our Tvs and other devices use the 2.4ghz. This router was very expensive it stinks that it is breaking down after only a couple years.
Any other tips/tricks I can try before we are forced to buy a new router?

Have you actually tried downgrading the firmware?
- JC81622AspirantI have not, do you have any firmware versions to start with?
- JC81622AspirantRolling back the firmware to a previous version has seemed to fix the issue, at least for the last 24 hours of testing. All devices were able to maintain connection simultaneously. Thanks!! I turned off the auto update feature so hopefully it will be smooth sailing.
