When I use my Nighthawk app, it shows my router as "offline" connected locally". But I can search and use the web fine. Also my son cannot connect with his PS3 even though it shows 100% signal, any reason or suggestions?

    Hello Edge0169 - Would you mind letting us know the firmware version of the router and if you're referring to the Nighthawk app via Android or iOS?
