Had new isp connected today so reset the router plugged the new fttp modem into the netgear router via ethernet and it just wont connect. Rang Quickline for the details but it just wont work. Used ppp...
Do you have an ONT? If so, some require VLAN20 or VLAN21 being set on the router. Consult on that with your ISP.

- Hi yes its a adtran 621x I believe looking into it further I believe the isp can change a setting but not sure just very frustrating.

Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
