I am having the exact same issue with my RAX120, I have a modem (no router) that works perfectly when connected to wan port on my router, but when I connect it to my multi gig port it stops working. ...
and I reset the router
The instructions on page 31 of the User Manual do not mention resetting the router.

The reason I ask is because reset has different meanings. a Factory Reset, for example, will reset the router to use the default WAN port, not the multi-gig port.
