When something has worked for three months and suddenly has problems, we usually ask, "what changed?" Perhaps new firmware on the ISP device?
Might be worth discovering more information about how these devices "lose internet".
- Can they still ping other devices connected to the RAX120v2?
- Can they ping devices connected to the ISP router? (or be pinged by them?)
