What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Is Smart Connect and MIMO enabled?
Try turning OFF most of the wifi devices accept for the streaming device. Does the problem still happen?
Try disabling Smart Connect and if it's an option, disable AX mode on the router and see if the problem continues.
Firmware version: V1.2.3.28
Channels: 2.4Ghz is on channel 1. 5Ghz is on channel 48.
Any WiFi neighbors nearby? Yup. A lot. My WiFi is detecting 39 Wifi neighbors around me.
Smart Connect and MIMO are enabled.
Isn't AX mode the point of having a WiFi 6 router? How would turning that off help?
