RAX15 is dropping internet when using datalogic ELF

Installed RAX15 router, everything works fine except when I log in my Datalogic ELF.  It is used as an in network personal computer for use with our inventory system.  As soon as the ELF is booted up, the router kills the internet for the whole network. It's out for 5 minuites.  The ELF performs properly while the internet is down.  All computers and devices on the network still comunicate with each other during the outage.

This is how the outage is logged in the router log-

[WLAN access rejected: incorrect security] from MAC 2c:20:0b:15:90:ec, Monday, Oct 12,2020 06:12:50
[DHCP IP: (192.168.0.141)] to MAC address 5C:80:B6:91:77:F6, Monday, Oct 12,2020 06:11:01
[DHCP IP: (192.168.0.107)] to MAC address D0:3F:AA:BA:1C:C4, Monday, Oct 12,2020 06:08:25
[Log Cleared] Monday, Oct 12,2020 06:04:32

The ELF is connected via WiFi and has a port forward assigned.

I'm sure there's a setting I'm missing, and the router is seeing the ELF as a threat.

I've tried the tech support chat, but every time I have to boot up the ELF to try something it kills my conection and I have to start over again.

Any ideas would be apreciated.
