Thank you Christian for replying.
I sent an email to support on 8-17-2020 at 9:46PM. After sending it the page showed, Your email ticket has been successfully submitted. But I have yet to get a response.
However I do have updates.
## UPDATE ON FIRST ISSUE:
On system 2:
-After selecting manual setup and entering required info on Admin Account Settings page, instead of clicking on "Next" button, as you normally would, I entered info and used the Tab key on my keyboard to move through the fields until the "Next" button was highlighted. I was then able to click on it and proceed to the next page.
-I was then able to upload firmware RAX15-V1.0.1.64_2.0.41 released Jul 28 2020 that I had downloaded earlier. Followed by a router reset.
# This appears to be a bug in firmware 1.0.1.40_1.0.22 that hopefully was corrected in later releases.

## UPDATE ON SECOND ISSUE:
On system 2:
-After finding a workaround for the first issue and making security changes, I went to the Internet Setup page and changed the IP setting to "Get Dynamically from ISP" followed by power cycling the modem and router.
-Received a Internet Connection error.
-Check the Linux ufw (Firewall) log and noticed src=192.168.1.1 DST=224.0.0.1 LEN=36 was being blocked. This was about all that was in the log. Checked firewall log from system 1 and found "DROP 2 192.168.1.1 224.0.0.1 - - 36 - - - - - - - RECEIVE".
-Temporrarilly disabled ufw and power cycled modem, router and Linux OS.
-After bootup I was connected to internet.
-Enabled ufw and rebooted the OS. After bootup I was still connected to internet and ufw was still blocking src=192.168.1.1 DST=224.0.0.1 LEN=36
Now that I'm connected to the internet, I have a new issue.
I will start a new post on the issue below but here is a preview.
# ISSUE--I started getting "Fraggle Attack" from my ISPs(Charter-Spectrum) default public IP gateway and dhcp server from the moment I first connected this new router to the internet. I suspect this is a bug in the firmware RAX15-V1.0.1.64_2.0.41 released Jul 28 2020.
