Mar 24, 2022To turn the power on and off on my RAX20 you have to press and hold the button in for a couple of seconds before it does anything.
If you just single tap/press the button it doesn't do anything, though i'm guessing it can't be that if it was working and then suddenly powered off.

I tried to press power button more than 1 minute but nothing happens.
I also checked power adapter with other device and it is not adapter issue.
I submit support for this two days ago but status is not changing for two days.
I don't think Netgear didn't check support page.
Do I need to make phone call for this?
Please let me know.
