I recently purchased the Netgear RAX20 router, and faced the same issue as yours after upgrading the firmware to V1.0.2.82_2.0.52. I wanted to know if your issue has been resolved and if yes, then how?

No, this is not resolved. I spoke directly with an engineer in Tiawan (I think) and he said this should be fixed in the next firmware release. I just went back to my previous release for now and am watching for a release higher than 82. It's been months already. Apparently not a priority.
I also encountered this problem, the ReadyShare function is normal, but the USB light is not on. When the next firmware update will be release? It is already 3 months passed. Waiting for it
