What's the WAN/Internet IP address of the RAX20? To what is the
WAN/Internet port of the RAX20 connected?
If you're worried about revealing secrets, then the top half of an
address, "a.b" out of "a.b.c.d", would satisfy my curiosity.
General advice: Count the question marks ("?"). Count your answers.

WAN IP address from Spectrum is 75.190.x.x. Im trying to connect to it from work, but also tried Chrome on my cell in 5G mode.

Have you tried reconfiguring the router? Do you have other Port forwarding rule set on your router aside from the Remote Management?
