RAX20 does it have internal modem and if it does how do I connect a coaxial cable

No the RAX20 does NOT contain a modem, t's only a router.
You can find a list of Netgear Cable Modems here which you can add in addition to your RAX20 if preferred: https://www.netgear.com/home/products/networking/cable-modems/
