Rax20 pauses devices on its own both Wi-Fi and direct connection

Question

My RAX20 which I have had for 3 years just started pausing all devices on its own. I have rebooted the router several times and within&nbsp; a few minutes it does it again/ I have found that the Nighthawk app turns on parental control as well after I have turned it off.&nbsp;

Try a factory reset and setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser:

Do this without running any Nighthawk mobile app.

After setting up the router from scratch, make a backup to file:

Then test the router out with out running the Nighthawk app.&nbsp;
