RAX20 QOS Not able to Set Priority in Attached Devices

FYI RAX20 was not available as a model to choose

 

I tried to changed the priority or the device type on the attached devices and its not accepting the changes. I tried different browsers with no luck.

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

     

    Can you provide a screen capture if what your seeing?
