Hi,
Thanks.
Even the support has contacted, there is still no solution.
The support has told me to update to the latest firmware but my router has the said version already.
Besides, I have tested using LAN cable to test. The symptom is still there.
It seems that is the problem of readyshare.
Thanks and regards,
Fred

- fredlamsfSep 16, 2020AspirantHi,
Your CS has told me to downgrade to previous firmware and then reset as new.
Here are the steps I have done then.
1. I have downgraded the firmware to 1.0.1.58_2.0.31. Unfortunately, after I reset the router as new, it will auto upgrade back to the latest firmware 1.0.1.64. Hope that your side aware this is embarrassing.
2. Then, I just tried to downgrade the firmware to 1.0.1.58_2.0.31, but the intermittent drop of speed is still there.
Regards,
Fred
