RAX200 2.4GHZ unresponsive unless i connect to it with my phone.

My RAX200 works great on the 5ghz channel.   I have a webcam that must connect on the 2.4ghz channel.  When i connect to it, it is sluggish and unresponsive. I forced it to use channel 6.  That imp...

Try disabling AX mode and disable OFDMA 2.4Ghz 

Uncheck 20/40Mhz. 

Try channel 1.

Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

    If i disable AX mode it seems like a master switch for both 2.4ghz and 5ghz.  Do I want to disable it for 5ghz?

     

    My 5ghz band works good at the moment.

     

    These settings are way over my head. 

     

    I live in a NY suburb.  Dozens of houses all around me.
