RAX200 and Access Control setting

    No WiFi button. 
    Only power, reset and LED buttons on the back.

The router itself doesn't "connect" to wifi. It broadcasts it. 

Did you hit the wifi on/off button while you were restarting it? push and hold the wifi on/off button for 2 seconds.

        Its the wifi led on the front of the router. Its a button too. Push and hold it for 2 seconds.
