Why not just let everything connect automatically without reserving and doing all that DMZ stuff. I have PS5 hardwired with not NAT issues. Never had to open, reserved or DMZ. I understand, this might not be the case for you, but you could start there.
I've tried the basic setup which gave me a Moderate NAT in-game that's why I went down the port forwarding/DMZ route.
