Yes, if you put your own NAT router between your PS5 and your ISP's
stuff.
What happens if you connect the PS5 directly to your "the dish"?
You could also configure your RAX200 as a wireless access point, but,
knowing nothing about your "the dish" or how your ISP uses it, I can't
predict how well that will work -- whether you'd be able to connect
multiple devices to it, or whether you'd find yourself sharing a LAN
with other folks, for example. If you want to run that experiment:
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read. Look for
"Set up the router as a WiFi access point".
