For PlayStation network you mean Type2 Nat = Moderate, I believe Type2 is the best you’re going to get within the PS Network. I remember vaguely from YouTube some got open Nat but I believe it nearly impossible within the PS network. I know with Xbox Live network my Nat is OPEN.....with PS network my Nat is Type2 and I have no issues with multiplayer games ...
