RAX200 Can't connect to 5ghz-1

It’s using channel 44 up to 4800 mbps and 100% tx power. Doesn’t matter if I’ve enabled ax, beenforming or mu-mimo.
It gets worse, can’t even see ssid now.

Is this issue present for all 5GHz compatible client devices?
Which region was the router purchased and used in?
Yes any device. The same devices can connect to 5ghz-2 without problems.
Region is North America.
I have tried anything i can think of, downgrading to 1.0.4 which the router came with when purchased also upgrading from there to the latest while factory resetting every step.
Enabled/Disabled AX, beanforming, mu-mimo nothing helped. All channels from 36-64.
wifi analyzer shows that the SSID on 5hgz-1 consistently disappears/re-appears every few seconds.
Hair pulling all over my body now including places where the sun don't shine!
