RAX200 connecting to net gear server and net gear cloud continually.
I have a rax200 and have been using it for a few months. Yesterday I installed a pi-hole in my network.
From the pi-hole dashboard I found that the rax200 keeps connecting to netgear and netgear cloud continually. According to the logs, it tries to connect around 1800 times to each website in the last 4 hours.
I did not subscribe to the netgear cloud services.
Any ideas what could be the cause?

Are you using Anywhere Access?
could be checking time/firmware/anywhere access/armor/parental controls/ etc.. I noticed mine was sending quite a few requests back to netgear as well when my pihole was active. It didn't impact performance but was just annoying.
