You'll need to contact NG support and see if they will give that to you. Usually no information about parts here or given by NG.
Might try something generic.

hmm its a sad time when we have to throw away devices just because the company wont release circuit diagrams

If you find another router, could check it to see a meter would let you know anything. The power diode should be fairly standard across these router having the same power specs for the higher end RAX and RAXE models.
