Are you using wan link aggregation? if so, i'd recommend disabling it.
What speeds do you pay for?
Is it only wireless devices having issues or do wired issues have issues as well.
What firmware is on the RAX?
have you noticed if the devices are connected to 2.4ghz or 5ghz when it happens?
