RAX200 Pausing Devices on its own

I noticed the other day that internet on my computer wasn't available. It showed it was connected but still no internet. I rebooted my PC and the internet started working again. Next morning same issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled Ethernet adapter drivers and figured this would fix it.

This morning I went to look at my router through the Nighthawk app and noticed that my desktop and one other device are being paused. Not by me just on its own.

Nothing has changed in terms of software, firmware, or drivers. the router hasn't has a firmware update in forever. The only thing i can think of it maybe the fact that my desktop along with several other devices where set to have a static IP through the router, but that was setup up months ago and have had no issues till now.

Any ides why this is happening?
