RAX200 randomly rebooted

Did you reset or reboot? By reset I'm implying a factory reset. Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on.
Is it automatically rebooting?
Have you tried a different outlet in case its a power issue?
Did you try reinstalling or downgrading the firmware in case thats the issue?
In this case, it will reboot suddenly without any notice.
I couldn't change the power because there were no other products.
Even if I changed the firmware that come from netgear public support center, it's a private firmware, I reset and reinstalled it, but the symptom did not improve.
They will replace or repaire with RMA through official support.
